 This
 follows
 his
 successful
 meeting
 with
 the
 Premier,
 Provincial
 Secretary
 for
 Malaita
 Province, 
the 
three
 MPAs
 for
 wards 
21, 
22 
and
 23,
 and 
officials 
on 
the 
Provincial 
government
 in 
August,
 2011.
The
 Discussions 
were
 around
 the
 development
 of
 Afio
 economic
 growth
 centre,
 Parasi
 airport
 rehabilitation,
 rehabilitation
 of old
 road
 and
 bridges,
 and
 other
 infrastructure
 development
 projects
 on
 Small 
Malaita. 
He
 said 
he
 is 
pleased 
with
 the
 outcome
 from
 those
 discussions
 in
spite
 this 
is
 being
 the
 first
 time
 a
 national
 MP
 will
 work
 with
 provincial
members 
in 
Small
 Malaita.
