Hon
Hou
spoke
about
the
NCRA
government
program
and
development
policies.
He
said that
in
terms
of
the
household
lighting
the
first
tranche
is
due
to complete
before
end
of
December
2011,
and
intends
to
complete
the
church
lighting
project
in
2012.
Other
major
infrastructure
projects
in
the
pipe
line
include
the
completion
of
Parasi
airport,
the
rehabilitation
of
the
coastal
road,
bridges,
construction
of
Nu’usi
wharf
and
establishment
of
Afio
economic
growth
centre.
